Perhaps the clearest demonstration of our commitment to “Serve Others” is that we contribute a minimum of 10% of our pre-tax income to charity, every year, without exception. We are a company that exists to make a difference while we make a profit. We believe in the core values of service and charity and allow these to guide us in our business and personal decisions.
