The Redwoods Community Outreach (RCO) committee was created to ensure that Redwoods could give back to the community in a systematic, studied manner. It is guided and directed by an employee panel. RCO’s goals are to:

       •  Create, source and increase opportunities to participate in volunteer activities that will improve our                   communities
       •  Direct Redwoods financial contributions to those in need
       •  Promote Redwoods Group employee involvement in our mission
