Management Risk
Management is the foundation of our program. It
is what differentiates us from other insurance programs.
We dedicate significant time and resources to assist our
YMCAs with meaningful loss prevention services, and provide
YMCAs with ongoing training on many critical topics. From
abuse prevention to employment practices to camp counselor
training, each is designed to increase awareness and understanding
among your staff and offer strategies to improve safety
and reduce risk. We also conduct regular on-site risk control
surveys resulting in insightful recommendations to ensure
each YMCA branch is as safe as possible.

As one of our partners, you will receive periodic Risk
Management Alerts (RMAs) – including Abuse, Aquatic
and Transportation Alerts – and Risk Management Topics
(RMTs) from us highlighting the latest trends that could
become an exposure within your organization and techniques
in reducing accidents. Indexes to RMAs and RMTs and additional
resources can be accessed below. We know that you take the
