When to Report

You may call to report an incident or email/fax one of the above reports using the contact information below.

Be sure to call us immediately, even after hours, when something serious happens, including:

  • A significant incident at the pool or lake
  • A serious automobile accident
  • An abuse allegation
  • A catastrophic fire
  • A serious natural event
  • Any other serious event that you need immediate assistance with.
