The Redwoods Institute offers more than just online training. To get started with any of these features, or to learn more about our capabilities, use the contact information below.
Administrators can run completion reports on all employees of your organization, enroll employees in courses and administrator user properties.
Staff can read and electronically sign all HR policies, such as your Code of Conduct, on The Redwoods Institute.
The policies are always available for your staff to read or refer to if they have a question. When your policies change, it's easy to notify all employees of the update. And if your policies vary by location, you can upload separate policies for each location.
If your organization has multiple branches or offers programs at multiple locations, your employees can register by location. This helps administrators to report on the employees under their supervision, instead of all employees.
Upon completion of each course, users are given a certificate of training. The certificate contains the user’s name, the course title, the date passed and the time spent. Administrators can print certificates for their users.
